Launching tomorrow evening! We’re super excited to house this art for the month!Finally announcing this to all of you feels like Christmas morning. I’ve poured my heart into this project for the past 6 weeks, and ✨2 weeks from today✨ I hope you’ll come and experience it! My 80s horror project is inspired by my love for horror movies, many of which have helped me ritualistically face my fears from the safety of my popcorn covered couch (especially in the last 18 months). I work with women every day in my studio who share stories of abuse, illness, and entrapment, along with the ways those stories have shaped and strengthened them. I get inspired by women – both fictional and real – who stand up to the forces that nightmares are made of… and win. I am terribly excited to share these portraits with you in my favorite month, October! Thank you to everyone I tagged for helping me bring this idea to life – especially Jordan (who also designed this rad poster). I’m so so excited!!
