Hello! Did you all know that we had four beers come off the wall and FIVE new beers go on last week?!
The Blur, Le Champagne Du Nord, Swarm, and Margarita Blonde all tapped out. But I wanted to be sure to
introduce to our new friends as well.1515 – 7.8% – a true venture into west coast IPA land. This beer packs a punch for all of your senses as it’s continuously hopped throughout the boil and double-dry-hopped with lots of mosaic hops!
Stratus:Strawberry – 5.5% – we used 22lbs. Of strawberries in each barrel of this light, refreshing, fruited unfiltered wheat. Perfect for days spent outside!
Sláinte – 3.8% – Dry-Irish Stout – subtle roastiness, subtle bitterness, and a whole lot of delicious with a clean finish.
Rory – 5.4% – Traditional Irish Red – we made a full bodied, full flavor red ale and finished it off with passion flower in the boil. Sweet, Malty, and little bit herbal.
The Green Monster – 5.5% – our newest venture into the seltzer world. This one is green apple flavor. Slightly tart, slightly sweet, perfectly balanced.
